OUR CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

At Academia Acarfax, we believe that learning Spanish goes far beyond the classroom. Our program of cultural, social, and leisure activities is designed to guarantee your total immersion in the life of Granada, making learning practical, fun, and meaningful.

Throughout the course, we offer you a dynamic weekly schedule, coordinated by our teaching team, so that you can reinforce your Spanish in real contexts and integrate into the local culture.

Learn Spanish, experience the culture

We have designed a varied program of activities for you to experience and practice Spanish outside the classroom:

•  Culture and heritage: Guided tours of Granada's highlights, including the Alhambra, the Cathedral, and historic neighborhoods. Experience history firsthand!
• Themed workshops: Learn with our themed workshops that will help you acquire useful vocabulary.
• Conversation spaces: Join our film screenings, discussions, and meetups. They're the easiest way to practice your Spanish, debate, and meet new people.
• Discover the province: We offer tours of the city (Albaicín, Sacromonte) and excursions to the tropical coast or the villages of Granada.
• Sport: Combine sport with social gatherings to make new friends in a totally relaxed environment.

Your Guaranteed Immersion

Cultural activities take place on Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (approximately), except for some visits that may take place on Saturdays or Sundays. This schedule may be subject to change.

Registration is required at least 72 hours in advance via a registration form at the academy's office to secure your place. The academy will confirm your participation in the activity 24 hours prior to its start date via email. A minimum of 5 students is required for the activity to take place.

Activities are free for our students, with the exception of entrance fees to monuments or museums, which must be paid by the student. Entrance fees are not set by the academy and are subject to change without notice if the official rates of the monument or museum change.

Detailed information about each activity will be available at the secretary's office and on the academy's notice board the week before the event.
