The Acarfax teaching team is made up of a group of university professors specializing in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. All of them have solid academic backgrounds, recognized qualifications, and extensive experience in the field of Spanish language teaching.

Our teaching team is composed entirely of university professors specializing in teaching Spanish as a foreign language (ELE). Their extensive and proven experience teaching Spanish to students from diverse backgrounds and levels allows them to adapt their teaching techniques to your specific needs. We have an academic coordinator who, in addition to being a highly experienced ELE teacher, is responsible for overseeing the quality of instruction, ensuring methodological consistency at all levels, and facilitating ongoing professional development for our teachers. In this way, we guarantee that Acarfax's educational program remains at the forefront of Spanish language teaching.

Carmen Jiménez Gutiérrez, Director and Manager. Carmen Jiménez Gutiérrez is the strategic mind behind Acarfax's management. As director, she leads the academy with over six years of experience dedicated to excellence in Spanish language teaching. Her leadership encompasses the center's overall organization, the strategic planning of its course offerings, and the coordination of all educational services. While her primary expertise lies in management, Carmen possesses a strong foundation in language skills, holding English and French certifications, essential for running an international academy. Furthermore, her university background in health sciences, with a degree in Nursing and specialization in obstetrics and gynecology, has provided her with invaluable organizational, meticulous, and caring skills, now applied to academic management. Her experience and vision ensure that Acarfax not only meets its educational objectives but also maintains an environment of excellence and continuous growth.

Rocío Espinilla Gallardo, Academic Coordinator. Rocío Espinilla Gallardo is responsible for academic coordination, with the mission of ensuring that our methodology and programs meet the highest international standards. Her expertise stems from her Bachelor's degree in English Philology and her specialized training through a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics to the Teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language from the University of Jaén. This, along with her Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude, validates her ability to design effective learning experiences. Rocío possesses extensive complementary training, notably a methodology course for foreigners and a course on curriculum applications from the Cervantes Institute, which ensures that all our materials and programs meet the highest quality standards. Furthermore, her experience is enhanced by advanced training in teacher training, online assessment, and technology management. With Spanish as her native language and a high level of English, Rocío has accumulated over seven years of valuable professional experience, not only teaching but also in leadership roles such as Head of Studies at other institutions and Acarfax. His special skill lies in taking complex linguistic concepts and transforming them into accessible and motivating teaching techniques for the student.

Virginia Hernández Membrilla, Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) Teacher. Virginia Hernández Membrilla is a key figure in the educational quality of Acarfax, teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE). She possesses a deep understanding of intercultural communication thanks to her undergraduate degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Granada, and her subsequent specialization with a Master's degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from the Pablo de Olavide University of Seville and a Master's degree in Teacher Training. Furthermore, she is officially certified in the SIELE Exam Preparation Course, ensuring excellence in preparation for official certifications. Virginia is a native Spanish speaker and has a high level of proficiency in English and French, enabling her to connect with and support students from diverse backgrounds. Her professional career at our center dates back to 2017. Since then, she has taught intensive ELE courses and has been a leading expert in DELE and SIELE exam preparation. Her personal skills focus on extensive knowledge of quality teaching techniques and evaluation methods, skills that led her to assume a crucial role as head of academic coordination at the center until 2024. Her commitment to academic management guarantees the coherence and quality of all our training programs.

María Gallegos García, Spanish as a Foreign Language Teacher. María Gallegos García is a multilingual professional who has enriched the Acarfax team both in teaching and administrative management. She holds a university degree in Arts, Literature, and Languages, specializing in Spanish and Italian, and complements her training with a Master's degree in Teacher Training from the University of Montpellier III (France), which guarantees her excellence in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. A native speaker of Spanish with a high level of certified proficiency in Italian, English, and French, María has an exceptional ability to connect with and support the international student community. She has performed essential roles as a Spanish as a Foreign Language teacher and as a key member of the administrative team, successfully combining her passion for teaching with valuable organizational and management skills, making her an indispensable resource for the smooth operation of the center.

Álvaro Jiménez Gutiérrez, Financial Management. Álvaro Jiménez Gutiérrez is a key pillar in Acarfax's administrative and financial structure. His multidisciplinary background gives him a unique perspective on management; he holds degrees in Law and Business Administration, demonstrating a mastery of both the legal framework and efficient business management. He is currently expanding this solid foundation by completing his Master's degree in Law. Álvaro has held crucial strategic management, administration, and financial oversight roles for four years, ensuring the smooth operation of the academy. He holds an advanced English certificate, which facilitates communication in an international environment. His expertise guarantees that the center's administrative structure operates with maximum efficiency and rigor, allowing the teaching staff to focus on educational excellence.

María J. Gutiérrez Sanjuan, Founding Partner and Advisor, brings the vision and creative, decisive spirit with which the academy was founded. Her professional background provides her with a unique and exceptional perspective for management, as she holds a degree in Medicine with a specialization in Occupational Medicine, a background she brings to the institution in terms of rigor, organization, and a focus on well-being. As a founding partner, her role currently centers on strategic advising, guiding the institution's key decisions with a special sensitivity and passion for the international environment. Furthermore, her native fluency in Spanish is complemented by an excellent level of French and an intermediate level of English, strengthening the academy's connection with students from diverse backgrounds.
